lgM/IgY Capture Resins

IgM/IgY Capture Singarose HP is an affinity medium prepared by coupling the thiol compound 2-mercaptopyridine to a highly cross-linked 6% agarose matrix, with an average particle size of 34μm. The principle of thiol-affinity chromatography is based on the interaction between electron donors and electron acceptors to purify biomolecules. This interaction is enhanced in high-salt environments and weakened in low-salt conditions. IgM/IgY Capture Singarose HP is primarily used for the rapid and efficient purification of IgM/IgY antibodies.
