hMSC Expansion Media

Stem-Ex hMSC Expansion Medium is a serum-free medium used for the expansion and culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC). hMSC cells cultured in Stem-Ex hMSC expansion medium grow adherently. The cells are spindle-shaped or irregular triangular in shape, arranged in a spiral shape, and have typical mesenchymal stem cell surface markers (high expression of CD73/CD90/CD105, CD34/CD45/CD14 or CD11b/CD19 or CD79a/HLA-DR are not expressed), and maintain good three-lineage differentiation ability (osteogenic differentiation, adipogenic differentiation, chondrogenic differentiation).
