Ni Resins

Aplo Ni Sepharose FF is an affinity chromatography medium designed for the purification of histidine-tagged proteins, pre-packed with nickel ions firmly bound to a chelating ligand. When chelating agents are present in the sample, the medium minimizes nickel ion leaching while maximizing protein recovery. It is suitable for purifying proteins expressed in eukaryotic cells like insect-baculovirus, 293 cells, and CHO cells, as well as in bacteria such as E. coli. The medium allows direct loading of samples without pre-treatment, preventing nickel leaching.
