Heparin Singarose FF are affinity chromatography media prepared by coupling sodium heparin to 6% highly cross-linked agarose. They are characterized by stable physicochemical properties, a firmly attached ligand that is not easily detached, long service life, and a wide range of applications. These media are commonly used for the separation and purification of various enzymes (such as antithrombin, thrombin-like enzymes, DNA polymerases, etc.), growth factors (such as human prostatic growth factor, chondrocyte growth factor, etc.), and plasma proteins.
